Em 2020, a KN tornou-se a operadora do terminal de gás natural liquefeito (GNL) no Porto do Açu, Brasil. 

Em um dos maiores portos do Brasil, o Porto de Acu, a Gas Natural Açu (GNA), uma joint venture de propriedade da Prumo Logística, BP e Siemens, implementou um projeto de usinas a gás natural, que é o maior da América Latina. Inclui duas usinas movidas a gás natural e o terminal de importação de GNL. 

Como operadora do terminal de GNL, a KN é responsável pelo bom funcionamento do Terminal de GNL, incluindo a operação técnica e comercial da instalação no cais e nele, gasoduto e estações de medição de gás. O contrato é celebrado por um período de 13 anos.
O terminal de GNL no porto do Açu iniciou suas operações em 2021 para o comissionamento da Usina Térmica da GNA, UTE GNA I.

In 2020 KN became the operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal at Açu Port, Brazil. 

At one of Brazil's largest ports, Acu Port, Gas Natural Açu (GNA), a joint venture owned by Prumo Logistica, BP and Siemens, implemented a project of natural gas power plants, which is the largest in Latin America. It includes two natural gas-fired powered plants and the LNG import terminal. 

As the operator of the LNG terminal, KN is responsible for the smooth operation of the LNG Terminal, including the technical and commercial operation of the installation on the quay and on it, gas pipeline and gas metering stations. The contract is concluded for a period of 13 years.
LNG terminal at the port of Açu is began its operations in 2021 for the commissioning of GNA’s Thermal Power Plant, UTE GNA I.
